We operate a pest-control marketing and referral network. We connect consumers with independent third-party providers and use advertising and measurement partners to fund and improve that network. We are not your pest control contractor unless a separate contract says otherwise.

- Advertising, analytics, social, and measurement partners (for example, platforms such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, and similar), including through cookies, pixels, and offline conversion imports
- Call-tracking, CRM, hosting, email/SMS, and fraud vendors that process data for us
- Lead networks and media partners involved in generating or monetizing inquiries
- Professional advisors, insurers, and successive owners in a merger, financing, or sale
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Services
We do not control how Providers or ad platforms use information once shared under their own policies. Review their notices when you engage with them.
6. Advertising; “sale”and “sharing”(U.S. state privacy laws)
Under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar state laws, certain disclosures of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale”or “share.”We engage in such activities to fund and operate the Services, and they are allowed by default. You may opt out of sale/sharing and certain advertising cookies on You can manage cookie preferences anytime via Your Privacy Choices. We also treat a valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing for that browser where required.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers we know are under 16 in a manner that requires opt-in consent under applicable law.

8. Retention
We retain personal information as long as needed for the purposes described above, including lead fulfillment, dispute handling, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax/accounting, and backup cycles—then delete or de-identify when reasonably practicable.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; you use the Services at your own risk.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where relevant). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
11. International visitors
The Services are operated from the United States for a U.S. audience. If you access them from elsewhere, you understand information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data-protection rules. 12. Do Not Track
